PhotoCraft Online Terms of Use
Terms for this independent free editor, original-file protection, open-source notices and external services.
Effective date: 10 October 2026.
These terms cover PhotoCraft Online, an independent website offering a browser editor and educational content. The site is not operated by the official PhotoCraft team and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe.
Free basic editing
Basic editing is free and does not require registration. Download your images or projects to your device after editing. This site currently does not offer cloud saving or AI image generation.
Your files and responsibilities
You retain rights to your files. Opening a local file in the browser editor does not grant us permission to publish, sell or distribute it. Use files you are entitled to edit and share, respecting applicable copyright, privacy and other laws.
Keep an original copy and download your results. An alpha editor may lose unsaved work, display a file differently or fail to preserve an editable feature. Reopen and check an export before relying on it. For professional delivery, confirm the recipient's software and requirements; following a tutorial does not guarantee that your files will be fully compatible with Photoshop.
Software and content rights
PhotoCraft is provided under its official open-source licenses and notices supplied with the hosted runtime. Those licenses govern the editor; this page does not replace them. Bundled assets may have separate licenses. See PhotoCraft licensing and attribution.
Third-party product names identify software or workflows; they do not imply ownership or endorsement. A tool's ability to open artwork does not authorize copying it.
Acceptable use and external services
Do not use the site to harm others, distribute malware, attack infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access. Do not submit credentials, client files or dangerous samples to public support channels.
Official downloads, issue trackers and documentation are external services. Their terms and policies apply after following a link. We do not guarantee availability or approve every contribution to an open-source tracker.
Availability and limitations
PhotoCraft is early alpha. Browser, GPU, font and file differences can affect results. We may update, suspend or remove website features to address defects or operational needs. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, identical Photoshop output or compatibility with every PSD.
The site and tutorials are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide implied warranties or accept liability for losses from reliance on unverified output, loss of unsaved work or service unavailability. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law prohibits excluding.
Changes and contact
Material changes appear on this page with an updated date. For questions, see contact. See privacy and cookies for data handling and the changelog for runtime versions and verification limits.
